SSD

Q: “What’s the difference between SATA and NVMe SSDs?”

SATA SSDs offer solid performance and wide compatibility, while NVMe (PCIe) SSDs provide significantly faster speeds for high-performance tasks like gaming and content creation.

Q: “How do I know which SSD is compatible with my device?”

Check whether your device supports 2.5" SATA or M.2 NVMe (PCIe 3.0 / 4.0). Your motherboard or laptop specifications will list supported interfaces.

Q: “Do I need PCIe 4.0, or is PCIe 3.0 enough?”

PCIe 4.0 offers higher speeds, but PCIe 3.0 is still fast enough for most users. Choose based on your device compatibility and performance needs.

Q: “Do I need to format the SSD before use?”

Yes, new SSDs usually need to be initialized, partitioned, and formatted before first use.

Q: “Can I clone my old drive to the new SSD?”

Yes, you can use cloning software to migrate your system and data. Always back up important files before starting.

Q: “Why is the actual speed different from advertised speed?”

Performance depends on your system, motherboard, interface, file size, and testing environment.

RAM

Q: “How do I choose the right RAM for my system?”

Check your motherboard or laptop specifications for supported RAM type (DDR4 or DDR5), speed, and maximum capacity.

Q: “Can I mix different RAM brands or speeds?”

It may work, but it can affect stability and performance. For best results, use identical modules.

Q: “What’s the difference between DDR4 and DDR5?”

DDR5 offers higher speeds and better efficiency, but requires compatible newer motherboards. DDR4 is more widely supported.

Q: “My computer won’t boot after installing RAM—what should I do?”

Make sure the RAM is fully seated, compatible, and installed correctly. Try testing one stick at a time.

USB Flash Drive

Q: “What can I use a USB flash drive for?”

USB drives are ideal for file transfer, backups, documents, media storage, and bootable systems.

Q: “What’s the difference between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0/3.2?”

Newer versions offer faster transfer speeds, but actual performance depends on both the drive and your device’s port.

Q: “Why is usable capacity lower than advertised?”

A portion of storage is used for system formatting, so the displayed capacity will be slightly lower.

Q: “Can I use it with both Windows and Mac?”

Yes, most drives are compatible. You may need to reformat the drive depending on your use case.

microSD Card

Q: “What devices are microSD cards compatible with?”

Commonly used in smartphones, cameras, drones, dash cams, and gaming devices.

Q: “What’s the difference between speed classes?”

Speed classes indicate minimum write speeds, which are important for video recording and burst shooting.

Q: “Why isn’t my card recognized?”

Possible reasons include format incompatibility, unsupported capacity, or device limitations. Try formatting or testing on another device.

Q: “Can I format the card in my device?”

Yes, most devices support in-device formatting, which is often recommended for best compatibility.

After-Sales & Support

Q: “How do I request a return or replacement?”

Contact our support team with your order details and issue description, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: “What if my item is damaged during shipping?”

Please keep the packaging and provide photos so we can quickly assist with a resolution.

Q: “How long is the warranty period?”

Warranty varies by product type. Please check the product page or our Warranty Policy for exact terms.
