We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.

 

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to non-quality reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order and return the original item.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at https://account.microflashssd.com and submit a return or cancellation request from your Orders page. You may also contact us at support@microflashssd.com.

For unfulfilled orders, you may cancel directly through your customer account before the order is shipped.

Return shipping: For withdrawal requests, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the full order amount including standard outbound shipping within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (EU customers: within 14 calendar days of us receiving your return)
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (if covered by us initially)

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
