We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.

 

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to non-quality reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order and return the original item.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must still meet all return conditions listed above.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (if covered by us initially)

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
